I have been going to the Rehab Center for a several months. It was my first experience with physical therapy. I am having issues with my leg, neck, and shoulder. Efrain has been my therapist and I cannot say enough good things about him. He knows the right stretches, movements, and exercises that make me feel so much better. He is very strong and knows how much to push me during each session. He also gave me a good routine to do at home. I strongly recommend Efrain as a therapist.
