Boyertown Publishing Company traces its roots to the founding of the Boyertown Democrat in 1857, more than 100 years ago. The company started its commercial printing operation in the early 1960s. In 1964, two subsidiary companies, Pennsylvania Graphics and Pennsylvania Mailers, were added to the group. Pennsylvania Graphics started with tape driven systems and has upgraded its technology to match the prepress industry. Pennsylvania Mailers was added to provide a wide array of distribution choices. It has grown from conventional cheshire labeling to high volume inkjet addressing with mail house capability. The company is headquartered in Boyertown, Pa.
