Provided by YPmobileI realize the employees aren't good enough to work at a true salon ( clientele only returns when happy ) but to mess up a child's cut as terribly as a '5 year employee' did is bad enough - but to call back TWICE and not receive a courtesy return call from the manager ? She clearly cares as much as the employee .... SAVE YOURSELF ... stay away
