I brought in my 2007 4Runner for a full interior and exterior detail, including the engine and also the headlights restoration. Wow, was I impressed with how it turned out! My 4Runner felt like new again. I did this just prior to selling it, and had it sold just two days after listing it. I know the superb job by Transform Auto Detail made a difference in getting it sold. I plan to take my new car there once a year to keep it looking new. I highly recommend this local, family-owned business.

When I came pick up my SUV (which I dropped-off for detailing services), I was told there was an "accident." They dropped the electronic buffer machine on my hood, leaving several long dents front and center on my hood. Although the employee acknowledged that he caused the damage, Transform Auto Detail gave me the run-around and did not seem interested in working with me to solve the problem they had caused. In the end, I had to file a claim with my insurance company and am very disappointed at the company's unwillingness to compensate me for my loss.
