THEY WILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IT IS LISTED INCORRECT.

HORRIBLE! I traded in a car (0nly $500 value) Nothing compared to what I spent on buying a new BMW. I gave them a signed power of attorney for the vehicle and they called me back a week letter ( yes leaving a message!) saying I need to oprovide proof that this is correct signature or I owe them $500. They said they will take legal action for my $500, but NEVER offerred to even give me back the car. VERY scketchy, very strange, I would tell everyone NOT to go there.

Wow! You would expect the BMW dealership would be jumping up and down to service and do warranty work to a vehicle considering the economy isn't that great! I walked into the service department of Gebhardt, waited ten minutes for someone to help me. On of the service writers was on a personal call while I was standing there waiting. The entire service visit went about the same way including ordering incorrect parts, not completeing the work on time, and a 'I don't want to be here' attitude the entire way through. They are the closer BMW dealer to me but I'll go somewhere else from now on. In my opinion, a BMW dealership should be very friendly, helpful, and quick.
