I have done business with Excel for something over 10 years and have never had a problem that could not be easily fixed. For example, I ordered three items in early May and after about two weeks they had not arrived. I called Excel and they sent out a duplicate order via overnight delivery and gave me credit for the missing shipment.We never did figure out what went wrong with the original shipment but Excel made things right and I was more than pleased.Things go wrong. That doesn't matter much. What does matter is what people do when things go wrong. In Excel's case, they took unhesitating immediate action to solve my problem. Can't ask for more than that.
