Worst customer service. I will NEVER shop at this location again. Prices are very high and they do not stand behind their merchandise.

I have shopped here twice.1st experience was with a blonde haired kid named Adam he bet his job I could not use a gift card for a season pass. Funny thing is I called and talked to the manager Keith Brooks, Keith said it was like cash. When I told Adam I talked to Keith he said I was lying and I did not talk to Keith... After five months I went in again to look at snow shoes. They lied about what the shoes were for and then Kagan fought me on returning them. I would highly recommend having serious product knowledge and patience before walking in this place. SSV I would be ashamed of this location.
