Barth Electronic designs and manufactures fast-pulse, high-voltage measurement hardware. The company offers both package and wafer testing capability. Its first high voltage pulse instrumentation hardware was designed for underground nuclear testing. Products manufactured by Barth have become standards, and are used every day for reliable pulse measurements in physics and pulse power laboratories around the world. Its instrumentation advances developed as high-voltage pulse technology, and have since evolved into pulses that are consistently faster than those previously generated. All testing by Barth Electronics is done through its Boulder City, Nev., facility.
