I have attempted to use this nail salon many times over the past several years. Each time I tell myself, I will never go back, then I try to give them one more chance. The tips do not stay on as long as they should, then I have to pay for new replacement tips and a refill. This was the last time. I WILL NOT return

WORST PEDI AND GEL MANI I JUST WASTE MY $100 TO THIS PLACE.

My wife and I took our daughter here to get her nails done for her birthday. We walked in and started asking about gel nails and what their prices were running. The gentleman said $40 and took our daughter and started working on her nails. After she was done my daughter came over and said dad I don't know what this is but it's not what I wanted. keep in mind this is an 8 year old who can be shy at times. I asked her did they put a nail on at all she told me no. I asked the lady behind the desk about this and she told me you wanted a gel message, I told her no and she then got the gentleman who did our daughter's nails. He started pointing at a price sheet and said this is what you wanted. I told him no and started to describe what we wanted like we did before and he told me you don't want that. I'm sorry but if I am a paying customer who are you to tell me what I want. I told the gentleman who pays $40 for a nail painting and 2 minute message? the lady behind the desk told me that you don't understand sir! I said your right I don't there is nothing about this worth $40 when she wanted something diffrent. The lady made it seem like it was our fault for describing what we wanted and her staff couldn't understand what to do. Will never come to this place again. only after one of the ladies who worked there said this is not right did they offer to make it right. They wanted to blame a dad who has never set foot in a nail salon and an 8 yr old girl. I'm sorry but would recommend if your looking to get your nails done drive right by this place. I am not someone who gets made with customer service but this just made me so angry!!!
