First visit didn't find anything wrong. Second visit identified the problem but failed to identify what caused the problem. Fixed the problem! A month later, unit died again. Called to get it repaired but was told that I would be charged weekend rates since my problem was supposedly fixed a month ago. I told the guy that I will not pay one more dime to fix a problem that should have been fixed in the beginning. He told me that my system worked for a month and he consider that adequate. I told him that my system was never really fixed because the temperature would never fall below 80. They never attempted to fix it because they were trying to sell me a new unit.

Great company! Have used this company for the past 3 years. Bought a house with an older ac unit and they have never once tried to talk me into buying a new unit. They always fix the problem and are fast and courteous. I will never use anyone else!
