The wheel bearings went out on a rear tire just outside Boonville. We were able to get to the hotel that evening and the next morning called Gaps to see if they could get us in and our car was towed to Gaps at 8:30 and by the 12:30 we were back on the road. We can not say enough about how wonderful helpful and professional the staff was. Tammy was so kind and let us bring our little dog inside while we waited. We highly recommend Gaps.

Had work done. Next day noticed brake lights didn't work. Checked fuse,...fuse had been pulled. It is a sealed box with a lid. I watch my wife leave from home most of the time (live on highway with a bad hill). I KNOW the brakes worked before. Bad business

I don't know why the guy that posted before me has such a problem with Gaps. He didn't even say what they did wrong. He must own one of the other shops in town. The lady at the front desk is very nice. I went in for a tire repair, and I was in and out very quickly. I'll likely head back there for new tires very soon.

Man these guys are dumber then they look and have horrible service the dumb hillbilly owner is dumber then a box of rocks and they employees arent far off from him I wouldnt trust them to change a tire they mess things up worst for me then it already was god taking my car to them was a mistake id never recommend these guys to anyone and after talking to other people I wish I would have asked around everyone says about the same thing about how they dont know anything and they are very rude

My car broke down on my way to KC at the Loves truck stop in Booneville. I had it towed to Gaps (about 1/2 a mile), not knowing that it closes at noon on Saturdays. I got there around 11:55. The two people on staff there were kind enough to stay an extra 2 1/2 hours after close to get me up and running. I'm so thankful to them for not having to stay in Booneville for the whole weekend until they opened again on Monday. The administrator and the mechanic on duty were both very nice and knowledgeable. Also, the price was very reasonable for the amount of 'above and beyond' they had to go though. Thank you!

This place is great... Their service manager is one of the best in the business. Tim Terrell is the MAN! I recommend anyone near the Boonville area to take their vehicle to this place. Great prices and GREAT customer service!
