This used to be where all our pets went for years, but lately the service has gone down hill and the friendliness and helpfulness has gone down hill. I think it may be time for Dr Garcia to retire. Last time my animal was very uncomfortable how it was treated, I ve never seen them react that way, and we were misdiagnosed and over charged. None of which the office cared to hear about or refund. So our 4 pets will be going else where immediately. I'm not risking their lives on shaky hands and mistakes.

After 26 years of taking my pets to Dr. Garcia, I was unable to speak with him to say the flea and tick medicine didn't work. I was out of town and my dog became infested with fleas and was told they would refund me, but they never offered any other treatment or any empathy for how I felt. Never said I'm sorry about your dog. In fact they told me this last time the would sell me any pet products, after I had to ask again and again for a refund. The doctor never called me or anything. I'm not even sure he knew about my call.
