Had a horrible haircut -- I'm actually embarrassed to go out of the house -- and they want me to drive there to (a) show them my hair and (b) present my credit card so they can refund the money. I think they're the only business that can figure out how that can be done over the phone. I refuse to spend any time or money on this place. Go at your own risk.
