Hired one of Kelly's pet sitters to watch our dog for 10 days at our home. In that time, he received ZERO walks and went to the bathroom entirely inside our home (he is a very potty-trained dog). I'm not even sure he got outside long enough to do his business out there. Kelly is avoiding responsibility for our ruined carpets and blamed the whole thing on us for only requesting two visits a day. We have stayed at work for 12 hours a day and he doesn't have accidents, there was clearly neglect of our poor pooch while we were gone. Now we are replacing our flooring and telling everyone we know to stay away from Kelly's Creature Comforts.

Kelly's services have been very reliable, and with great care for our animals. We have a dog, cat, and bird, all of which are taken very good care of. I never need to worry when I leave town.
