Never right

In the past 5 or 6 times we have gone to Burger King in Bonney Lake our order has been missing something, Or just not right or even given someone elses order. I finally called to complain and they said they would write something down so next time i came in I would get my order for free. Well the next time I went in they said they could not find my name anywhere and actually treated me like I was lying! I left telling them we would not return and they could have cared less!
