The water quality at my home was very poor, and I was worried about the chemicals/pesticides from our well. They came out to our home and did a water test and educated us about the condition of our water. Dennis was professional and well-educated and helped us to pick out our new water system. The Kinetico team set up an appointment and had our system installed the same day. The quality of our water is truly amazing. Ever since we have our new water system, we've noticed a difference in the taste, our laundry, and our well-being. I would highly recommend using Kinetico if you are looking for a whole-house reverse osmosis system and want a knowledgeable and professional team.

More than I could have hoped for!! I drink water that tastes like the best bottled water I could buy and I live in Golden Gate Estates (hard water country)! Greg the district manager was very helpful as we were in a situation because we had just had a plumber sell us a water system (IT WASN'T). Kinetico of SWFL Bonita came right out saw what we had and showed us WHY that system would never work for us. He explained the problems with our water and what Kinetico could do for us! We ended up going with a whole house reverse OS system. Yes I was a little nervous about the cost BUT after having the Kinetico system for about a month now I am so completely happy and pleased with how it actually removed all the stains and spots from the other system and YES my hair is like silk (REALLY!!) The system will pay for itself in no time and we're not lugging around bags of salt, etc. The best part is washing the dogs and the cars right in my own driveway with my own water! The installation team was outstanding! Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable and didn't mind answering the questions we had about the system! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Our water system leaves a lot to be desired. It stains my toilets quickly after I clean them. I bought the system with the undersink filter system (reverse osmosis). Water used for Laundry is still yellow. I have yellowed clothes right out of our washer. It is a Kinetico system...HELP US Please!

We have had our Kinetico water system for 4 years, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to improve the quality of our drinking water. This is one of the best upgrades we have done to our house! No more water bottles taking up precious room in our refrigerator. We have the best quality drinking water right at our fingertips. Instead of fruit juice, our kiddos (7 and 2) get a cold glass of water. It is their favorite beverage! Thank you, Kinetico, for helping our family maintain a healthy lifestyle!

What great drinking water I have now. Kinetico is very professional, they installed a commercial Filter-Softener in my home, did a great job cleaning up.

I am a long-time customer of Kinetico Water Systems of SW Florida. I have bought two Non-Electric Twin Tank Combination Carbon Filter & Water Softener Systems along with an Annual Maintenance Contract. After the most recent rebedding of the carbon, there was a problem with the water tasting salty and looking brown at times. I could schedule a service appointment very quickly. On 9/30/2016 the Technician, Will, arrived on time. He tested the water and we discussed the issues that was happening. He assured me that he would find the problem, fix it and get my system working back to normal. I was very impressed by his professional attitude to ensure that he would get the system working properly. The problem was located and my system is running normal. The entire staff of Kinetico Water Systems of SW Florida (Owners, Customer Representatives, Office, Installers and Technicians) are all outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kinetico Water Systems of SW Florida to my family, relatives, friends and anyone who was is need of a great Non-Electric Filter and Water Softener System.

We've owned our system for 3 months now. Initially the sales person was very punctual and courteous. The installer was also on time and professional about the installation process. I love the Kinetico RO system better than the Rainsoft RO that we replaced. The pressure is superb, water is always available to meet my needs and their system does not need to be back washed weekly. Also, the taste of the water is excellent. The water softener system uses no electricity, less salt , less space and there are no cycles to worry about. Highly recommended system.

We had an amazing experience with Kinetico! The owner, the staff and the installer all went out of their way to ensure we would have the best water possible. Previously, we had an overload of salt in our system and our water was polluted and colored to the point that we were failing county safety-tests. Now, with the new softener, our water is clear and clean and our skin, appliances and dishes are much better for it. Thanks guys!!!

I really was impressed. Kinetco came to my home and saw my current water filtration system. While they praise their systems are far superior, and I believe them, they were ethical enough to test my system and assess it's capabilities were still viable. Wow! An Honest sales person, who knew. They have the skills to service my system and here's the really impressive part.

I had them service my system, the technician was also courteous and very knowledgeable. They did the work neatly and even went through the steps that they performed and explained those items.

I will definitely be calling on them and using their services going forward. And when the time comes, changing to their system.

From day one Kinetico has made all interactions with their company so easy. They are professional, friendly, and caring. When we first purchased our home in Golden Gate Estates we had a typical well system and the water was horrible quality. It was yellow, had a very bad smell, and was terrible for my hair. I would spend money to get my hair done and I would dread washing my hair in our water. Also the water pressure was nonexistent and horrible. The other issue was we were not able to drink the water. So we were having spend extra money each month to buy water in jugs or water bottles for us to drink and cook with. We knew we had to do something but didn’t know what. We finally found Kinetico and they seemed like the right fix for us. They were so helpful and we were able to find the perfect water system for our home. The installation was simple and it was ready to use that day. The difference in the water is so amazing it is hard to even explain in words. Our water in our home today is crystal clear. In my opinion it is better than any city water I have seen. We can now drink the water straight from the faucet and it tastes like water from a bottle! We also use it for cooking and for our animals to drink. Now we don’t have to spend extra money on water each month. The new water is AMAZING for my hair and skin. I no longer am concerned about washing my hair in our water because now it doesn’t harm my hair it actually helps it. Also the water pressure with our water system is absolutely amazing, I couldn’t ask for better! In addition to the amazing water Kinetico has given us with our water system, the service from the company is top notch. They service our water system monthly and make sure things are running smoothly and that all parts are in good condition. They offer an insurance package, we pay a small monthly charge and it covers the system, so if anything happens no money comes out of our pockets. This is a wonderful peace of mind for my family and my husband never has to worry about the system. The gentleman that comes to service our system is friendly and very knowledgeable. Also the women in the Kinetico office are always friendly and have helped us answer billing questions and all other questions we have had. The entire Kinetico company is beyond amazing and have made our experience with their company absolutely perfect! The best decision my family has made was to get an amazing water system from Kinetico, we are beyond thankful for the difference they have made in our lives.

We had a technician come out to our house because our water softener was leaking. He arrived right on time, found and fixed the issue and told us how to avoid it in the future. He was friendly, professional, and helpful. I would definitely call them again!

Kinetico offers a great product. I trust the water I consume from my home's system. It's so pure and safe that even newborns can consume it in their formula. I would recommend Kinetico to everyone, because not only do they provide a great product, but they also show customers they care!
