Stillwater Stables offers Boarding, Lessons,Training and Sales.  Your horse will get wonderful hands on care here at this beautiful facility located on the outskirts of Des Moines. Come visit and see why Stillwater is the best place to board for you and your horse. We boast having brand new Automatic Waterers, Attached Large Indoor Arena, Huge 150 x 250 Outdoor Arena, Hot Water Wash Stall, Secure Tack Room, Heated Viewing Lounge and more. Horses have their stalls cleaned daily, they enjoy being turned-out daily in paddocks with and without grass and the feed we give is of the highest quality.

Stillwater Stables offers Riding Lessons in the Hunter/Jumper and Dressage disaplines.  In addition to lessons for our 'A' Show clients, we also have a school program for future champions. Students ages 7 and up have an opportunity to learn to ride on one of Stillwater's wonderful lesson horses. Times Available Days, Evenings and Weekends.

Couldn't Ask For Anything Better!!

Looked around when I first moved to the area for the perfect place for my horse and I and I found it at Stillwater. Love the welcoming people and Sally is wonderful! She is always coming up with fun and new lesson ideas for horse and rider and Stillwater is a great learning environment.
