My name is Kim Schmidt. After receiving my real estate salesperson license, I completely submerged myself into learning everything real estate, working in many roles as an administrative assistant, client care specialist, marketing and transaction coordinator. I love this business! My background has always been tied to real estate in some way, and after working almost 30 years at a financial services company and seeing real estate on a corporate level, to now working in real estate sales and in the local community has given me a rare opportunity to find a new challenge everyday. I enjoy spending time with family, friends, outdoor activities and most importantly, connecting with others on a level I never knew possible by finding my purpose and passion to making your real estate experiences go as smooth and be successful as possible!
