They lost both products that I ordered from Amazon on December 14 and 16. When I called about my packages they always came up with excuses. They allowed one of my packages to go to Grand Junction , Tn post office. I received a phone call that someone was working to get one of my package back still haven't heard anything. So I ended up getting back a refund because of them. So I rate them as zero until they do better. I think their attitudes suck to be working in a public place.
