I was picked up when I dropped off my car at the body shop. The agent was very pleasant and helpful. Their service was excellent and professional. I will definitely continue to use this location for any future rentals.

This is my favorite Enterprise location. They are always friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Enterprise overall is excellent and offer the best rates.

Although I reserved a car two months in advance of the Labor Day weekend, I had to make a small change in my reservation. While the website would only make a new reservation at double the cost, the Bolingbrook office honored my original price. The Dodge Durango was spacious and well equipped, and the check in and return were both quick and thorough. No surprises and a very competitive price. Kudos to both Ryan and Derek for making me feel like a valued customer.

I needed a car that would hold 5 adults comfortable. I told them to call when 1 came in that I was not in a big rush. When I got there the only thing they had was a rave 4. It totally was not big enough for 5 grown adults. That was the most important request I had. Just don't let them bully you. If it doesn't feel right it's not. Except for that service was fine.

Requested a cargo van on line and was assured that the Bolingbrook had these on site. I kept asking the agent are you sure and they replied yes. I soon got a call from the Bolingbrook branch that no cargo vans were available but that they had mini vans if that would work and I said yes. When I got to the location they were trying to put me into a truck. I told them I was guaranteed a van. After awhile I got a van. The connection between the online inventory and the local inventory needs to be upgraded and improved.

Great customer service. Allowed me to pick up my travel earlier because of a change in plans and even upgraded me for a small up charge. Great location.

Ben is a good manager, Steven and Steven, both pretty new, but very friendly, funny and professional. Thanks Enterprise for always going above and beyond to make sure customer satisfaction is met.

My wife's car had some transmission problems that took several days to resolve and thankfully your office was able to take good care of us so she had something reliable to drive. The staff was terrific and very respectful to my trouble. I can't thank you all enough!

The Bolingbrook staff was incredible helpful and was nice to deal with them again. It is really nice that they collect you at home to get your rental and drop you faff after your uterine the rental. Incredible service.

The customer service was great! I reserved a full size vehicle online from the Bolingbrook location (as I always do). However, this time I never submitted the request and the car was not reserved. I called the morning of pick up and that's when I found out the reservation was never completed. I was put into a mini van and they even picked me up with short notice. The only complaint I would have is that there was lots of garbage left under the seats. Also, one of the sliding doors had a wire hanging from it. I was assured that it was ok. Twice during my trip the sliding door slid open! Very unsafe. I informed them when I took the van back and I'm really hoping they do not rent that van out to anyone that may have children sitting in the back.

Rented a van from the Bolingbrook location for a weekend trip -- excellent customer service as far as the renting process went. I asked for a specific white Chrysler Town & Country van that was sitting on the lot. The van was nasty -- needed to be vacuumed and cleaned out -- food, etc. all in the back and between the seats. I called the office later on the day of pickup to report it just so they would know. When I turned it in, I accidentally left a cd and ipass in the van -- I remembered the cd but not the ipass so I called to let them know that I needed the cd back. At the time I called, the van was being shown to the next renter so whoever rented the van after me was using the ipass. Whoever cleans the vehicles leave a lot to be desired -- they left it filthy for my use and obviously they didn't clean it well since they didn't find the ipass. The issues they have are on the service dept. end because the customer service is really great.

Easy rental and very thorough. Even sat in the car with me and went through features. Very customer oriented. Great price too!

My rental was originally for a different location because I did it on line & got a great price. I called the office in Bolingbrook because it was near where I was staying. I believe his name was Mark & he was very accommodating by transferring it to the Bolingbrook location at the same price. They had no problem picking me up & taking me back after I was done with the rental. Everyone at that location was friendly & made you feel like you mattered.

My rental experience in Bolingbrook was great. They picked me up at my hotel & provided an upgraded car at same rate quoted for smaller car. Staff very friendly and helpful. Well Done!

I rented a car last week from the Bolingbrook Enterprise Rent-A-Car as my car was in the shop for a repair.

What's not to like I requested the $10 economy car weekend rate for Saturday and Sunday, they were out of the smaller cars so they upgraded me to a larger car ... same rate....



They picked me up at my house and handled my reservation quickly and professionally... I phoned in later , and extended my rental period. I had it for longer than a week so they booked my at the weekly rate ... still a good price...and then the weekend rate for the following Saturday.



They are very customer focused and I have used them on many occasions.



Give them a try you wont be disappointed......
