James is the owner and operator and he knows his foreign cars. He is the best mechanic that I have ever used. He told me what was wrong with my BMW and he gave me my price and no games. He did a great job! highly recommend this business and this owner.

I am so glad I discovered Robert's automotive .I had problems with my Mercedes that were misdiagnosed by other authorized service centers. After paying a lot of money for unneccasary repairs and being told I needed even more work done that was not necassery , I went to Robert's .My car was fixed for a reasonable price & I feel he has always treated me fairly . James is upfront and honest about what needs to be done and has gone above and beyond to help with transportation when needed. My Dad's BMW had an issue that another authorized dealer could not fix for over 4 years. He took it to Robert's & James fixed the issue no one else could diagnose. We are customer's for life!
