We ordered the shower model off the display floor. We double checked stock #'s when it arrived. The plumber made the needed installations before the tile was put up. After the tile was done the plumber went to install the hardware we had picked out to go with a very specific mid century style. It was then that we noticed the hardware was the wrong hardware. All the numbers on the invoice matched so we took it back. After several weeks of going back and forth with some nonsense about the product we originally ordered being discontinued, they finally fessed up and clearly admitted they ordered the wrong hardware. It was at that point they told us that because of the hardware that went in behind the tile, what we originally ordered, would not work unless we removed the finished wall and started all over. They told us there was nothing they could do even though they admitted several times it was their fault. They gave us a choice of a completely different style shower and said we would have to live with that or pay to have the wall retiled ourselves. Terrible customer service to say the least. The only reason I gave them one star was because they smiled while they were screwing us.

Best customer service I think I have EVER had! These guys will find what you need and if they can't at their place they will refer to someone who can! One of the parts guys even helped me out to the car with my two kids and all the parts I hauled in there. +++A thanks again guys!
