Originally considered Alex at Red Line but went to Economy Transmission -That was a bad decision. After two weeks of false promises and no work being done I picked up my truck with grease smeared on the interior. In contrast Alex was great to do business with. He said what he was going to do, when he was going to do it and how much he would charge to get it done. He scored an A+ on all three. Integrity seems to be a diminishing goal in business. Would highly recommend Alex to all who want to be treated honestly, ethically and fairly.

Lost the tranny on our Duramax pickup the interstate and limped it into Red Line by using about 15 quarts of fluid it was leaking so bad. They hopped right to it as Alex and his crew went over and above putting in overtime to get us back on the road within 48 hours. I'm not saying that kind of turnaround is always possible, but it was a killer effort from them to get us back on the road so we were not camped in a parking lot. They were also great about showing us what was going on inside and explaining what they wanted to do with was really cool. Good guys and it runs like a champ.
