I was looking for a certain vehicle, Ted Cook a salesman at the volvo dealership in Boise called to say they had one. Driving for two hours we went to look at the vehicle, based on what Ted had told us it was a good find. We got there after driving for two hours and were interested. We were a little taken back by the salesman being a bit pushy. Long storey short. It was not the best option for us at this time. (Credit and other situations not an issue) We would have just lost to much on our current vehicle. It would have been a bad financial decision for us. After being pushed even further into just doing the paperwork to see, Ted got a phone call and left his office. We then discussed it a little further and decided it just isn't a good buy for us. We then told Ted after he returned to his office that we were going to pass, he then VERY rudly handed us back our registration and said "OK HERE THEN" that was it! I have never had a salesman so RUDE in my life. I may add I like to buy cars. I would not recoment this salesman to anyone, he was great in the beginning and was just worse and worse as the minutes went on!

cars r nice. But when it comes to servicing the car they don't do everything they charge you for. I took my car there four times before they finally took the nail out of tire. But they kept saying oh the pressure just went down. Half year later again i get a nail in tire they didnt take it out after "checking" or inflate the tires which they said they did and i paid for as part of service. So i just took it to Lesh Shwab who did a fantastic job . Nail out and the tires actually pumped. Lyle Pearson, not impressed.
