I had the very best experience with Hillcrest floral, the staff genuinely cared about me and made me feel very special throughout the whole planning process.

Beautiful flowers were delivered for me. I received a bigger, nicer, arrangement for my money. At holiday time when others won't take any more orders, Hillcrest has always came through for me!!

I stopped ordering flowers from those online sites because they always ship from some corner of the world and come in a big box that you have to dispose of not to mention having to set up and arrange your flowers. This just does not work out for some people especially older folks. I got the idea from someone I knew who called a local florist in the area she wanted to send flowers. With that, I need to send flowers now and then to a relative in the Boise area and remembered Hillcrest Floral so I began calling them directly from my home out of state and have never been disappointed! I go on their web site and use that as a base with the employee who answers the phone. Hillcrest frequently will suggest a different and better option and I usually go with that. They are not expensive and do beautiful flowers plus delivery for a good price!

We were late in calling about bosses day and they were terrific! They live on the other side of town and were more than willing to put something together and deliver it to us before five. I ordered flowers online - the 'Special of the Day' for my sister. I'm in England, so couldn't pop in to have a look and choose something myself. Unfortunately my sister was away when the flowers were delivered (my mistake) and the neighbour enjoyed them for a week first. HOWEVER, my sister raved about how beautiful they were and was really pleased with her special bouquet. Well done and highly recommended.
