Provided by YP.comI came in the other day needing a drill to do a specific job. First of all, I’m a female coming in with not a lot of knowledge in what I was needing. The drill we had was not doing the job os about all I knew. So the Manager, explained the ampage and how to read it and what we would need for the job. He talked to me as an equal and was knowledgeable. As a female not knowing exactly what I was needing, it was very refreshing. What I ended up with was absolutely perfect and at a great price! I appreciated his service and kindness so much. Also walking away with exactly what I needed was amazing.
