Boise's Best detailed my 2002 Chevy Avalanche & did an amazing job! Great service, great staff, & literally it looks better than when I bought it. Would highly recommend to anyone with auto detail needs!

I have brought my Maserati last Wednesday and picked up Thursday afternoon. The outside had white residuals all over the place and when I asked the gentlemen he mentioned that it was the residual from the wax used. He then started to remove it with a cloth but obviously it was too much to remove . The front and back bumpers were not buffered and he said that those were scratched from rocks! The bad part was the inside! All my cream leather was messed up! Very dirty with grey/black spots. He noticed that and started to use his cleaner to remove some of the spots but then he mentioned that probably it was just my feeling. I got upset, paid my 200 dollars and left.

I then stopped by the close leather shop that worked on my leather just few days ago and showed to the technician the status of my car. The technician recognized my leather and started to clean all the mess that those guys made. The lady at the leather shop wanted to give these guys a call (since she knew them) to tell them that most likely they used a dirty cloth to clean my leather.

Few hours later I received a voicemail from who worked on my car saying: “I thought the car was stunning but if you are not happy let me know if there is something that I can do”.

I just ignored the person since at this point there is nothing they can do. If someone thought that my car was “stunning” they don’t know what stunning means at all.

I just went home, cleaned the bumpers with my polish and discovered no scratches at all other than dirt and called the leather person that will get my leather back cleaned as it was when these guys played with it. I totally spent 200 dollars for them and 150 to get my leather back. These guys have no professionalism and not capable to work on high end cars.
