I was contacted at 9:30 a.m. and told the cleaning people were not coming to my house due to weather conditions. This is understandable, but they were scheduled to be there at 9:00 a.m. that day and it was the day before Christmas Eve and I had house guests flying in that day. Because I was given no notice, I was told that I would get a 30%-50% discount on my next cleaning. I scheduled my next cleaning as instructed and the discount was never applied. I tried contacting the office multiple times with no response. Very disappointing.

I'm really impressed with the Boise Clean Fairy. The cleaners did a great job. Worked quickly, but very throughly. I noticed that they were careful to listen to what I wanted done, and then did that and more! It's so nice to come home after they've been there and see everything sparkle.

Emily did an amazing job cleaning my house. My old maid's did a terrible job and sometimes never even showed up - Emily shows up every time and does a great job.
