Hello Mr. Duke,

I put a call into this company about renting one of their homes. I have yet to receive a call back, I found this odd given I have been in property management and it is protocol to call back potential clients as soon as possible. This prompted me to research the company and see the reviews. It seems that they like to play around with their accounting processes to obtain a monetary gain for themselves. Property owners and tenants alike have sued these individuals. Thank you for the post, without reviews such as these - these types of companies continue to thrive. I for one have already decided not to rent from this company because of my research. Again thank you, this keeps our community safe from predatory companies such as this one.

My family and I moved to Boise recently and found a great house managed by 1st Ave. Properties. I researched the company online and was nervous about a number of very negative reviews. After meeting James Longstreet and expressing my concern, I became confident enough to go ahead and rent the home.



I have only been renting for a few months now, but my concerns have totally been relieved. James and co. are friendly and professional. I have made a few maintenance requests, and they have taken care of them extremely quickly and effectively. At this point, I'd say that 1st Ave. is the best company I've worked with as a tenant or property owner. I'll post a new review if things change for the worse. But for tenants, this company seems to me so far to be top-notch.
