This post office erroneously entered my package's tracking number on someone else's package. Hence, my priority mail package has been lost for 34 days. After driving to the post office and speaking with the supervisor, Shanea Mitchell, I offered her some advice in hopes that other customers would have more positive experiences than I did with her. Shanea did not like hearing my advice to update customers with voicemails and/or emails (instead of calling and hanging up if no one answers). Instead of my a free critique said to improve communication, Shanea took the advice offensively. When Shanea said she would contact me if she found any results, I asked if she could leave me an email or voice message instead of hanging up. Shanea made it very clear she wouldn't do as asked by saying she would "try to call." When I questioned her about what "trying," meant, she rolled her eyes. Ultimately, USPS needs to train their employees to serve customers. This was a very disappointing visit, especially from a supervisor whose title is "Supervisor Customer Service."
