I made a purchase and was very pleased with the service I received. The salesgirl was so very helpful finding something beautiful in my budget. In fact she came in under budget for me. She did not pressure me in anyway but displayed professional qualities I like in a salesperson. Very accommodating. I will return.

My wife took our 3 year old daughter to Tresor to have her ears pierced. The first ear was done way too low on the ear lobe, and the second ear had multiple injuries from failed piercing attempts. They refused to refund our money, and our daughter is traumatized by the whole process. I do not recommend anyone to go near Tresor. We will take our daughter to a professional body piercing place when she is ready to have her ears done the right way....we should have done our homework.
