To all women that want to be treated like a Queen! If you are looking for a hairdresser that respects your time this is not the place for you. I made a 11:30 am appt and when I arrived at 11:25 she told me to wait 20 mins because she just started someone else. I replied that I made an appointment on my lunch hr and she told me she just started a haircut. She stated I should go have lunch and come back. I told her that is was very unprofessional of her and I would not be coming back. Why take appointments if you are not going to honor them? Women we deserve better! We have schedules too and this company should revolve around our schedules we should not have to revlolve around them. Especially if we made an appointment. She should have atleast called me and told me to come 20 minutes later instead of making me go there. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This is a great place. My favorite is the owner (Ron maybe?) Such a great color and cut. Really nice folks. Convenient Town Center location!
