Over the years, we have made many purchases and are thrilled with the quality, representation of products and superb customer service. First, it was a beautiful diamond bezel added to a Rolex, next it was a significant upgrade from 1 carat to 5.28 carat diamond ring for my wife, and most recently the addition of two highly collectible Rolex's, one of which was almost impossible to find. Jayne is without a doubt the best jewelry salesperson we have ever encountered. When you tell her what you want, she will move heaven and earth to find just the right thing at a very competitive price.

Had my watch and my husband’s watch fixed in Boca Raton a few days ago. The woman there was really nice and cleared a lot of worries we had and the main thing was the watches where cleaned up and working like new and on our wrists in no time. Thanks guys

My wife's birthday was coming up and I was up to my eyeballs in work, which made it tough to get down to their shop even though it is about a ½ h drive. Their staff took my call, asked questions, and helped come up with ideas. The even went so far as to email photos of beautiful jewelry pieces. By the time I got into the store, I didn't need to spend hours figuring out what to buy because I already knew what I wanted. Superb service.
