Over the years, we have made many purchases and are thrilled with the quality, representation of products and superb customer service. First, it was a beautiful diamond bezel added to a Rolex, next it was a significant upgrade from 1 carat to 5.28 carat diamond ring for my wife, and most recently the addition of two highly collectible Rolex's, one of which was almost impossible to find. Jayne is without a doubt the best jewelry salesperson we have ever encountered. When you tell her what you want, she will move heaven and earth to find just the right thing at a very competitive price.

It needed a resizing of a ring because I bought it online and I didnt want to ship it back and forth to the jeweler I have bought it from, so Ive searched online and found Raymond Lee Jewelers. I am very pleased with them, I never usually get lucky but I think I did when I clicked on their name in Yelp. The ring still looks amazing and it fits perfectly on my wifes finger. Now Im recommending them to everyone.

I broke my watch and I heard this place was great. I took it in and the people in the store had it ready and fixed within an hour, and they even had to get a piece to replace. Great and fast watch repair service I will use it again.

I inherited the watch in question from my mum. I discovered it was both valuable and broken. Raymond Lee Jewelers helped me assess the worth of the watch and organized the repair. It is now working perfectly and restored to its original glory. But the help was far more than technical. The repair meant that something of inestimable sentimental value was restored to me and I am very grateful for that. I would definitely recommend this service.
