I was so impressed by the level of professionalism I was compelled to leave this review! I was in the market for a Rolex president and WOW! They had dozens and dozens to pick from! And the best prices in Florida or the whole country for that matter! I brought in two modern rolexes to possible trade in and Matt didn't try to "hustle" me and gave me very high trade in value! Incredible business ethics for this day and age! Also the watch I picked was in like new condition but after a couple days exhibited some abnormal behavior but once Matt discovered the issue I was having he insisted on providing me a full movement service at no cost! Bravo!
Btw one of my closest friends also purchased a president from Matt and also received the red carpet treatment!
I will never seek another jeweler from now on!
