AVOID!! I have been waiting for my refund for 9 months! I was told by the office staff to pay for a procedure that my insurance company said was 100% covered under my policy. When I explained this, I was told I would receive a refund once the insurance company paid. The insurance company did pay. Though, my refund has not come after several months of phone calls and emails. Billing is INDIA. Impossible to reach. Long wait times and unexplained "hang-ups". Once you do get through, the "system is down".
