Boca Scooters do not deserve your business. Mechanics are incompetent and when you return a repair they become defensive and rude and openly hostile.

I shoped a number of different shops when I was in the market to buy a scooter and the one common dinoomentator I found from shop to shop was a horrible customer service and every shop just wanted to put me in a scooter that fit their needs and not mine. When I found Boca Scooters it couldn't of been more of the opposite experience. They took their time with me, asked me what I was really looking to get out of the scooter, and most importantly the entire experience was completely pressure free. Not only did they have the best quality scooters but the prices to go along with it. Being someone who isn't very mechanically inclined once so ever their team was so incredibly knowledgeable that I also learned more about the actual mechanics of the scooter then I ever possibly could of imagined. The entire experience was sincerely and absolute pleasure from beginning to end. I left with a better quality scooter then I thought I could ever afford from shopping around prior to finding Boca Scooters. Not only would I recommend anybody in the market for scooter to purchase their but I would insist for the experience alone you do your purchasing for all your scooter needs. So once again Boca Scooters thank you for everything you guys did for me and you earned a customer for life and rightfully so.

With an extensive selection of scooters and motorcycles plus a full service repair department with mechanics who know how to get the job done, Boca Scooters is exactly what I have been looking for........and they are a dealer, so they print license tags on the spot. While living in south Florida I met Colton and the guys at Boca Scooters, a great group of guys! Colton and his team know every aspect of scooters and motorcycles! When I had a problem or needed a part all I had to do was call and they had me taken care of! Colton's mechanic Sal is amazing! The guy is good at what he does and always knows the problem before you finish telling him! I recently moved back to ohio and I buy my parts from none other than Boca Scooters! They have no problem shipping to anywhere! I would recommend boca scooters to anyone.

I have been riding bikes for 20 years and have finally found a motorcycle shop i can call home and trust with my babies. Dont let the name Boca Scooters fool you, this is a full motorcycle repair shop. I had very distinct tapping in the top end of my Hayabusa, a local shop quoted me twice the price as boca scooters. I took a chance and it paid off. i had my bike back on the road in 2 days from dropping it off. The owner even upgraded my fuel maps to match the aftermarket exhaust i had previously installed, bike is running flawlessly now. I recommend this shop to all riders.

These guys are amazing! Ive been going to Boca Scooters for quite some time now.... for just about as long as they've been in business and I will never go anywhere else. The guys have always done an amazing job fixing my scooter and always got it back to me quickly. They really care for there customers and it shows. They take the time to explain to the customers what went wrong and what's got to be done to fix it. Any other place I personally have been to does not do that. Thank you Boca Scooters!
