called first thing on a Sunday morning & needed a car every other car rental in Boca either did not answer the phone directly or could not get a car. This location was booked as well but Jorell who only works the weekends worked hard and located me one, Service was impeccable saved me a lot of headache my car was getting serviced and needed a car to go to work Monday . Jorell and Avis saved the day/week with saving me money on top! Highly recommend!
