I was just at and I asked cashier to scan my card for points and he did but then did not use them for my purchase, also I had a gift receipt to use but he had to call a manager and I kept waiting and I asked if the manager was coming and he said the manager was busy so I just paid for what I owed. Your cashiers need to be trained how to handle the gift cards and how to use points on the rewards card. There were people in line so I didn't want to keep everyone waiting for me. As far as the points go they expire on 8/29/13.

I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. The lack of service and the quality of products is the worst I've seen at any K-mart. But onto of that, the stores "discreet" and supposedly "undercover" loss prevention and security workers make it obvious that they spy on you through the chip rack in the walkway.Totally Unprofessional. I Give 2 stars for sympathy, and only for sympathy.
