I contacted Art to see if he could troubleshoot a powered amplifer in a tower reference speaker. Since this speaker is old, replacement boards and even schematics are no longer available. Art said on the phone he would look at it. I took it over to him and on the spot he took the speaker apart and began component level troubleshooting. He determined what the problems {plural) were and began a component by component replacement. When he finished the bad component replacement he put the speaker back together and it worked like new.
Art was very reasonable in his charges and I have a like new speaker.
Art is one of the rare specialists that understands electronics and can I believe troubleshoot about anything.
I cannot give him enough thanks and appreciation for a great job.
