I received an empty envelope from IRI which I had never heard of. I googled the address out of curiosity--so maybe the empty envelope was a ploy. Anyway I'm not interested, except to know how they got my address.

Caveat emptor! My experience with IRI has been favorable. Shipping may take up to one month, but the products have always come through. One salesman was a bit pushy; he is no longer with the company. His successor has been anything but.

These people took advantage of my 86 year old father even selling him ounes of silver for $10.88 a piece - and urged him to hurry up before the price "went through the roof any day now" and caused him to close his bank account to buy 200 pieces of silver and upon order placement, told him there would be $5 a piece shipping and handling chages assessed. This charge is now $15.88 each, and as of this writing, has not even shipped yet after 14 days. When I called to ask about their shipping charges, I was cut off and sent to answering twice. They obviously expect complaint calls and won't take them. Avoid this company like the plague..
