They have had my car a collective month between 4-5 trips back to repair what they had already collected $5,000 on correctly, during the last of which they mention "general maintenance" needing done, which was unrelated to the accident and surely not caused by the quite likely (it would be the second of 2 they've received from the 'remanufacturer' that were) the major, expensive component they installed during that initial lump sum caused the additional damage. After repairing the arbitrary part they described, the problem gradually grew worse in the same way it had before, so the problem wasn't fixed even in addition to tripling personal costs from the inital accident.



They then refused to take it back again OR return at least a fraction of what (in additional to my deductible) I spent on the repairs, funds which were my back-up plan of getting it inspected elsewhere, if they couldn't fix it on ANOTHER visit and 1.5 weeks without my car. Now they have close to $5,500 collectively and I have a car that after 20 miles since being properly aligned has began veering so much to the left it's certain damage it being done over time / use of the car - and that's reflected after driving a measley 20 miles (say, 2/3 of a gallon of gas... or around two bucks).



Who knows when the mechanical components will fail... probably when it's (and I am) going 65 down the highway?



Nightmarish repairs, discourteous / dishonest owner (or fellow who claimed he was the owner...)

i would not take anything else...

i would not take anything else here. bad customer service. over 2 weeks late on getting my truck done. was told by the owner that i dont have the money for my deductable was just trying to get out of it because they have to pay for my rental for being over 2 weeks late and i am still waiting. if they would have had it done on time they would have gotten their $500 in full. and besides if i didnt have the money why would i want my truck back i would try to put it off till i got the money. i have been lied too several times. i talked to them on one day at 10:00am they said that all they had to do was wash it before i came to pick it up at 3:30pm. i get a call at 2:15pm saing it would not be ready that was 5 days ago. didnt know a car wash took so long. so save your self some trouble and take your car to someone that know what they are doing.
