We ordered 3 bagels, and received only two 6 oz. spreads. When I went back in to inquire as to why I only received 2 of the spreads instead of three, I was told that the bagel and cream cheese are sold separately.



The order menu gives one price for a bagel with spread. When I asked why, the employees stated that they did not know...just that the cream cheese and bagel are sold separately, and I could purchase another one. None of the employees even offered an apology.



Even the company supported the employees when I contacted them about it.



If the spread is sold separately I will pay for it, that is fine. Having to choke down a dry bagel is not.

Panera Bread has comforting food in a great laid back atmosphere! It is a casual dining experience for the whole family to enjoy. You don't have to worry about getting a babysitter because it's a quick and easy dining experience without the cost. You won't pay and arm and a leg, but you will still enjoy the cozy ambiance.

A chain, but a good one. Nice option for healthy food if you're out by the mall. Great bread, good sandwiches and soups, nice bakery, also have pizza. Can personalize sandwiches in lots of ways, nice options of fruit or bread for sides. Atmosphere a little fast-foody.
