I'm giving Jump-n-Joeys's 5 stars because that's what my kids want me too, and because we don't have a Chucky e Cheese's! It's a great place for a birthday party if you have small kids. They have pretty good pizza, a lot of things to play on, a lots of games to play. If you have small kids, you should give it a try.

I just had the WORST experience ever at your establishment! I had gone for the second time in less than two weeks and I will NEVER be back. I had even been considering having a birthday party there in a month or so, but that's out of the question now. We were charged twice the price we were charged the time before, and they tried to make me pay for a 1 year old who couldn't do anything except the toddler bounce house! Then she couldn't even do that because there constantly was older kids in there knocking her down, stepping on her, and even kicking her! No one was supervising ANY of the bounce houses when it specifically says that they must be supervised on the house itself! The new place set in the corner is nice, but also needs supervision as my kids were constantly pushed out of the way, knocked down, and kept having punching bags swung into their face. I saw 3 employees in the whole place. That is unacceptable. If I am paying $8 per child they should be able to play and have fun, but they're not. I could've (and should've) taken them to the Wonderlab for the exact same admission price and they would have had a better time as that place is actually staffed with people who watch out and supervise that the things are being played with appropriately by children of the appropriate age. I asked the older lady at the snack bar about the admission price and she literally told me it just depends on who is working the register as to what you get charged. And then when I mentioned before leaving that they should at MINIMUM have someone watching the toddler house I was told that if you were to hire enough staff for that then you would have to charge at least $12 or more per kid. That's asinine! We can go to the Children's museum for that amount of money! And there you can spend the entire day having a good time! Without spending extra like we have to at your establishment on games. Because of course kids can't go a not play the games and they're extremely over priced. The place overall is a rip off, mostly just for the lack of employees which causes my kids to get trampled because most parents just sit there and let their kids run wild. Oh, and it says on a sign on the wall that it is intended for kids 11 and under but there were kids over 11 just trampling everyone. I will be posting this review/complaint on YP Mobile, Yelp, Facebook, and other social media outlets to warn other parents about this horrible experience in hopes to save someone else the hassle and possible injury to their children.

I have been to Jump n Joey's quite a lot and been to two Birthday parties there. So, there are several things that I based my rating on. If the rating was based on fun alone, I would give it a 5. My kids, ages 4 and 6, always love going and usually have a great time. You pay to get in and do all the bouncy houses and slides. They have a lot of really cool ones, and there is one for younger kids. Plan on paying a lot more if you plan on doing the games, too. There are a ton of arcade type games to play, but it gets quite expensive. I have to say, the prizes are really terrible, basically you end up spending $40 dollars or so in game tokens to end up with a prize that you could get at the dollar store. So, most of the time, if I happen to win a lot of tickets on a game (we have gotten lucky a few times and won 500 or so), I will put half of them in my purse to bring next time so the kids can get a better prize at the end. The place is very chaotic, especially when it is busy. One thing I don't like about this place is that there are never enough workers to do what needs to be done. If your game runs out of tickets (and they do a lot), it will usually take a long time to find someone and for them to have time to come and help. It also takes forever at the prize counter. Usually just one person working at the food station. The review below talks about rude workers, and I have to agree that there are a couple people that work there who are kind of rude, just don't seem to like children or anybody for that matter. But, there have been some of the younger ones who are very friendly, just overworked. The worst thing about this place is that there is no one watching over the bounce houses. When it gets busy, it can get pretty rough and rowdy. The last time I went, some bigger kids got in one with some smaller kids and two or three, including my son, got hurt because the bigger kids jumped on them. Without a worker there, it's hard, because I tried to confront one of the boys that my son said threw him down inside, and his Grandparents (I think) just said it wasn't him that he "wouldn't hurt a fly". Also, bigger kids get in the toddler area and there is no one to enforce the rule of toddlers only. Overall, I will continue going there, but I strongly advise that anyone try and go when it is not busy (i.e. weekdays, early in the day, etc.) The experience is much better.

One of the worst places I've ever been. For starters, we were one of the first to arrive at this place & after paying my mom asked for a receipt. The old lady at the counter acted as if it pained her to print a receipt. Some people like to keep track of their debit card purchases, ya know? Next, my nephew had won a bunch of tickets on a game & it ran out so my mom went & told a different employee who went to the wrong game & my mom told her it wasn't that one but a different one. This employee raised her voice & said "well you told me this one!" Umm, I think she'd know which game it was. After all the kids had used all their tokens, I took them to one of the ticket eaters. After 327 tickets, it just stopped. Wouldn't take anymore & wouldn't print out a receipt. I had the kids go get a worker & she completely blew them off so my mom went over to her & she threw hands in the air & said just tell her to go to another one. My mom told her, you're not listening to what I'm saying & she huffed on over to me. I was pushing the print button over & over & nothing would happen. She came over with a disgusted look on her face & just stared at me. I said this machine won't take anymore & it won't print out all the ones I put in. She pushes the button & wouldn't you know it would magically work. I told her I had pushed it a hundred times & she threw hands up & said well I don't know what to tell you, it worked for me. It was as if I was completely dumb! I also forgot to mention that one time I was with my kids playing a game & the older lady came over & said watch out I've got to put tickets in here! There was no excuse me or anything. I read somewhere where this is ran by a Christian family, if that's true then they sure aren't Christian like at all. I will say the younger one changed her tune at the prize counter but it still doesn't make up for all the rudeness. People don't watch their kids at this place either. Not even little bitty ones. There was one lady who left her sleeping infant in his car seat & went & played games with her other kids for a very long time! Insane!!! We ran into another family at McDonald's afterwards & they were saying similar things & said they'll never go back!We will definitely not be back. We will make the longer drive to monkey joes where customers are treated with respect!

I took my family there last we...

I took my family there last week and the kids had fun at the beginning. The only problem was that my 2 year old got trampled by a group of older boys about 30 minutes into playing. There was not enough employee supervision and most of the adults were ignoring there kids.
