Terrible customer service, no communication, missed appointments, & won't return any calls.

Bruner Landscaping came highly recommended to me so I tried to contact them about fencing in my backyard. I filled out the form on their website for them to contact me. A week passes without any contact from them so I called them directly with the number that they listed. I talked to them to setup an appointment and get a free estimate about fencing in my backyard. They scheduled the appointment for Monday 12/9/13 at noon (as I would take lunch off from work to meet them). Monday 12/9/13 rolls around, I take off work, and they "no show." No one shows up to meet me, no one calls to reschedule or at least lets me know that they cannot make the appointment that they setup. I tried calling them at the same number multiple times on Monday and left two voice messages on their voicemail to try and reschedule the appointment (as I still wanted to use them for fencing in my backyard). 3 days pass without any word, during which time I tried calling their number once each day, but did not leave any more voicemail messages. On Thursday 12/19/13 I call back again and leave a third message detailing the situation and leaving my contact info again. I hear nothing back. I call again on Friday but only get voicemail. I call again on Saturday and leave my 4th voicemail message. I still hear nothing back.

It is now Monday 12/16/13 a full week since they missed the appointment that they setup with me and have not called, answered my calls, or returned any of the 4 voicemails I have left with them. Today I left my 5th, and final, voicemail message letting them know that I will not be using their services. If you can't contact a potential customer for 6 business days (8 days total) after you "no show" and miss a scheduled appointment you do not deserve any business. Hopefully others can avoid this dreadful landscaping "business" and won't have to go through the ordeal that they put me through. Avoid at all costs...
