I would give these guys more stars if it was an option. We have used Aim To Please several times and they are fantastic. Great work, great customer service and great pricing. We had a water heater that the bottom dropped out on and they were there immediately, replaced the old one, installed a new one and cleaned it all up and it was an excellent experience. We just had a problem with a shower faucet that was leaking and broke off. They were out immediately again and had the problem under control and corrected in just over an hour and they showed me how to clean out the drains myself. We have electrical work coming up in the spring and Aim To Please will be the only place we call. Highly recommended.

Aim to Please Plumbing is the best! I’m so confident in their work and pricing that I will continue to recommend them without any reservations to anyone searching for a good and honest plumber. They’ve always been efficient, so helpful, friendly (!), and quick to clean up any spatters and messes. They’ve come out quickly, sometimes within an hour or two, of my call for help.
I’ve used them for a water heater install, to find the source of a leak in my basement ceiling (leaking frig ice-maker, not the washer that I’d suspected), and my recent nasty problem… Alan thought outside the box and managed to find the source of my recurrent headache of a frozen bathroom sink drain. Instead of running the drain pipe inside my home, someone had previously run part of it it to the outside just a few inches away. The pipe was hiding under the bottom of my siding where it was exposed to all that cold air! In the process of getting to the bottom of that problem, he discovered a leak under my sink and fixed that, including a new tailpiece, at no charge! Oh my gosh, where else could you find a plumber who would do that?!

Great job by Aim to Please. I will definitely call them the next time I need help. They had to replace the faucet on the outside of the house. What could have been an ugly situation turned out to be much better. A special shout out to Matthias Geraci for the great job he did. Thank you!

We have used aim to please several times and they do a great job. Recently they came to install some new electrical hookups for a bath remodel. Shortly thereafter, we had problems with the lights not coming on. They came right out and traced the problem back to a switch they had installed with wires that had come loose over the course of a few weeks. They fixed it right with no charge for their time. We have had them do plumbing as well and have had no issues.

Had called them before and had a pleasant experience. So I called again, an older man showed up and was immediately rude and clearly didn't want to work on the particular day, he was rude and came up with a crazy excuse for not doing the work. Will never use them again and will make sure everyone I know hears the story.

Alan, Malachi, Joshua and Andrew did a phenomenal job working on my house. They were flexible when adding things past the initial quote and did quality work. I will definitely keep them in mind for future electrical/plumbing needs.

Aim-to-Please lives up to their name…and then some! Aim-to-Please most recently did some work at my home on July 17, 2014. I had several things for them to do, including a toilet that ran and had a broken handle. While working on my toilet, they accidentally broke it. They immediately told me what happened and that they would replace the toilet at no charge. The new toilet is nicer looking, more modern and worth significantly more than the toilet they replaced! In addition to this, they kindly replaced some hard-to-reach, burned-out light bulbs and even cleaned my bathroom fan -- and they did this at no charge! All of their work was done efficiently, functions properly and looks great as well! I’ve used Aim-to-Please a few times before and they have always done good, quality work and been very professional and respectful. It is clear they take pride in what they do and really care about customer service! This is the only time they have ever made a mistake and they owned it and then took the initiative to go above and beyond to make it right! I can’t say enough good things about this business and will continue to use and recommend them!!! I wish all businesses were this honest, reliable, high-quality and professional!! I'm very impressed with Aim to Please. I called this morning and they were able to come to my house around 4:30 PM today, the same day. The window I was given was between 4:00 and 5:00 PM, so they were right in the middle.



Both technicians (one in training) were extremely friendly and competent, and were more than happy to explain to me everything they were working on. I learned a lot about the electrical system in my house today!



The service was quick, and the price was reasonable. They accepted a personal check, even though this was my first time with their service. Other companies in town have asked for a cash payment on the first service visit, which is understandable, but paying with a check this first time was certainly more convenient.



Their tobacco-free policy is a huge plus for me. It's just an added bonus.



I can't recommend them highly enough.

Sloppy job at rip-off price. Do not recommend. Lots of better/cheaper plumbers/electricians in town.

We were very pleased with the professional yet friendly & outstanding service provided by Malachi while installing our new hot water heater. He even finished a whole hour sooner than he had estimated. We will definitely use this company again.

My tenant's main water line broke a few days before Thanksgiving. Aim To Please had to call Holey Moley before they could dig it up to replace the water line from the meter to the house. Oh, wow, with the holiday coming up I thought the tenant would be out of the house through the holiday weekend.

Aim To Please actually sacrificed their Thanksgiving Day for this tenant. They dug a small hole at the meter to hook on with and put a new line through the ground to the basement without digging up the lawn! I have a huge concrete porch with geodes mortared in place and they didn't hurt it at all.

My tenant was back home that night.

I give them 9.5 stars! Almost perfect. There was no mess to clean up, either.

Aim to Please Electric and Plumbing headed by Alan is excellent. I have been a very satisfied customer since 2007 (I've got work done by either Alan or Malachi or Derek, or combinations). They are all true professionals who are very efficient, hygenic and also, get the job done right. They are very good troubleshooters as well. Overall, i think they are the best that Bloomington has to offer.



They are on time for all their appointments. They even work on a public holiday July 5th 2010 to make sure my sump pump works. Once they take on a job, rest assured that you will have that done, and be pleased.

It's good to know that there's still honest reputable hard working contractors out there still! Alan came out to give me a 'lunch menu' style bid on a dozen or so plumbing/electrical jobs. He also found a couple other serious issues that were against code.



I had to delay the actual work by a month or so for financial reasons and Alan was completely understanding.



When it came time to do the work, they were on time, friendly, and professional. Their work was absolutely spectacular and they really paid attention to the little details. Alan said he likes to do the work right the first time so no issues crop up later down the line....and it shows! They only charge if they can fix the problem, and stand by their work, totally willing to come back free-of-charge if need be to make sure the job is done right.



Alan's got my business for as long as he's still in the plumbing/electrical business!
