Joe Pioletti is excellent at his job. He has such a patient nature and is very thorough in helping his clients. I have to admit that filing Chapter 13 was a detailed process that seemed intimidating at first, but Joe took the initiative to do most of the paperwork required himself. He talked to the trustee, because I was afraid to do so myself. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing legal counsel.
