The staff fir Dr. Radden are horrible. Very rude, particularly, Angie the nurse when asked her name said, "I told you my name in the beginning of our conversation". Those of us who seek help from specialists, like Dr. Radden, are already scared and confused to be treated poorly from front office staff (Cathy) and her nurse are literally adding insult to injury. Unfortunately, Dr. Radden is only one of two available in the Bloomington/Normal area ...so patients are at the mercy of her staff.
