I nnovative Realty was just that! Tom was always honest with us, easy to work with and he really worked hard for us, finding the right home at a good price, making sure things went as smoothly & quickly as possible, helping us to find a competent mortgage rep & company, plus introducing the Innovative Realty Rebate Program. This program saved us enough money to get those little extras we would need for the new house. He was true to his advertising slogan and really did work for us & not the other guy! We had used other realtors & other companies in the past-what a difference this one made. Tom was always patient with us, no matter how often we needed things explained. We could call him with questions and he would actually return calls & answer questions the same day in addition to his being helpful & informative. We were always well- treated with our needs being put first, not on the back burner. We could not have asked for more and were very satisfied with the results.
