Very disappointed! I ordered 50 gallons of oil from this company on 12/13/18. I was in a rush and instead of leaving $180 for the delivery I left $280. The person who delivered the oil changed the receipt to reflect the correct amount he received of $280. When I tried to get the matter resolved and get the reimbursement of the extra $100 I left in the envelope both manager Betty Ann and rep stonewalled me. Betty Ann asked me to text her a copy of the receipt which I did but she still insisted that 2 employees were present and only picked up $180. I am definitely going to pursue this further. I asked for owner's name and both women refused to give me his name. This is very disappointing. Thanks to the honest employee who changed the receipt to reflect the extra $100 paid. I will never order oil from them again and I will definitely pursue reimbursement of my money from the owner. I'm sure there is an owner somewhere.

I always call around and they always beat the price!!! Very friendly, nice people!! Last year I ran out of oil & didn't have the money till my next pay check they came out the same day & gave me the oil & waited till the money was in the bank!!!!
